Sales Account Executive

Holland Hires is looking for a dynamic Sales Account Executive position, aimed at professionals passionate about the event and ticketing industry. Our client is an innovative international ticketing system provider, deeply committed to flexibility, innovation, and self-service. They empower organizers worldwide to easily offer tickets for festivals, events, or venues, providing a self-service ticketing system that’s immediately operational. From festivals and parties to museums and conferences, they deliver ticket solutions for all, supporting even the most unique event requirements with a dedicated Customer Success team.

Job description

As a Sales Account Executive, you’ll be pivotal in selling and nurturing relationships with both new and existing customers in the Düsseldorf area. Your role involves being the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and showcasing how our solutions can meet their ticketing challenges.


  • Identifying and engaging potential clients, and managing the sales pipeline from the initial demo to final onboarding.
  • Negotiating contracts using tools like Pandadoc.
  • Ensuring a seamless transition for clients to the Customer Success Team, with all relevant information logged in Hubspot.
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients to fortify partnerships and discuss contract renewals as needed.


  • Demonstrated experience in the event/festival industry, potentially as an event organizer or marketing manager.
  • A strong background in sales, with excellent communication and presentation skills for effective software solution demonstrations.
  • Proficient negotiation skills and contract management experience.
  • Fluent in both German and English (Business English C1).
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual salary range: €38,880 – €64,800 (Monthly: €3,000 – €5,000).

Working Conditions:

  • A hybrid working model with 4 days at the office and 1 day from home.
  • 25 vacation days, with a total of 40 working hours per week.
