Over the past years, I built up extensive experience as consultant dealing with climate mitigation projects (including renewable energy such as wind, solar PV and thermal, biomass, geothermal and energy efficiency for buildings), feasibility, clean energy planning and monitoring and evaluation, in Eastern Europe and in Asia.

Arjan     Visser

Founder and CEO

Arjan is an entrepreneurial person, who came to Bulgaria for the first time in 1995, working on a project to help cleaning up the fossil industry. He returned to Bulgaria some years later to establish the branch of a renowned Dutch clean tech company that pioneered business solutions in the field of renewable energy. Based on his international experiences in building teams and working with technical and environmental professionals, with Holland Hires, he stepped into the recruitment arena, to develop the market specifically for Bulgarian talents who have no fear to learn new things, both inside their jobs and with their private lives.

Yulia Hristova graduated from Sofia University with a Master degree in Labor and Organizational Psychology. In her professional career, Yulia has been working with people from different environments including people in so called risk groups, which provided her the opportunity to test her communication skills in sometimes hefty social conditions. This experience led to a solid base in understanding human behavior, very useful with the variety of candidates and clients in a recruitment company as Holland Hires. Yulia is now eager to expand her communication skills further with the mission to help talented and hard-working people finding their dream job in hi-tech or greentech arenas.


Daniela Georgieva

Founder and COO

Born in Sofia, Bulgaria. She graduated from the National School of Mathematics and Nature, profile 'Earth Sciences'. She also studied 'Hydrogeology and engineering geology' in Moscow for two years. Later she graduated with a MSc degree in Engineering Geology from MGU, Sofia. She worked for five years as Head of the Geotechnics Laboratory and part-time lecturer in the same university. In parallel, she gained a diploma in 'Translating and editing of technical literature' from MGU, Sofia and in 'Environmental sustainability' from NUI Galway, Ireland. On a voluntarily basis, Daniela organizes and manages the Bulgarian School 'Vassil Levski' in Shannon, Ireland.
