Main responsibilities:
• Answers customer questions from chat (mainly), email and phone;
• Classifies problems and resolves simple tasks;
• Redirects complex problems to programmers;

Requirements:
• Very good communication skills;
• Problem-solving abilities;
• Skills in technology;
